Daniel and Locarrier Props

Early Wilson County Pioneers, Locarrier Brown and Daniel Props married May 15,

1875, in Floresville, Texas. Locarrier was the first child of Elnora Van Cleve and

Daniel Brown. Locarrier was born September 27, 1860, in Goliad County, Texas.

Little is known about Daniel Props prior to marrying Locarrier Brown. They had

four children in Texas. From the picture it is easy to assume they were a ranching family as was all my Brown and Van Cleve family. Daniel and Locarrier Props are buried in Causey Cemetery, Roosevelt County, New Mexico. My Grandmother Lillie Brown-Bowles was Locarrier’s youngest sibling.
